When can I expect my order?

I usually process orders within 5-7 days, but processing can take up to 2 weeks during the busy seasons. Please note that I am the sole person running the hungrywhales shop so thank you for your patience and understanding!

Can I opt for untracked stamped postage?

For items that are 5 by 7 inches or smaller (postcards + stickers), I'm able to send them in an untracked envelope for $1. If you would like cheaper untracked shipping, make a note during checkout and I can refund the difference. Please note that I am not liable for any missing items when sending untracked mail so I recommend tracked shipping for ease of mind :)

Missing or returned order?

If the tracking is stuck or not being updated, please contact me! There will be options for reimbursement if the order goes missing. 

If an order is marked as delivered but is missing, I am unfortunately not able to help. Please contact your local post office or file a missing package claim to have it resolved.

In the chance that an order gets returned to me, I will contact you and a new shipping fee will be added for me to resend it or you can opt for a refund (minus shipping costs).

If there's a paid item missing in your order, let me know and I will send it out free of charge!

Change of address?

Please contact me with your order number ASAP!! I am usually am able to change your address manually but otherwise I may cancel your order and you can place a new order. I cannot cancel or refund the order once it's been shipped so please double check all your info before placing an order!

Order arrived damaged?

I judge cases individually, however, I am not responsible for damages made during transit. Send me a message with photos of the outside of the damaged packaging and I will provide options for reimbursement. I do not offer returns or exchanges; thank you for understanding!

Where do I ship?

I am currently only doing domestic shipping within the U.S but I am looking into opening international orders soon!

There will be no publishing, reproducing, or AI usage of any kind using the art & products on hungrywhales.store and @hungrywhales.art social media.
